Stillwater Lakes Crawlspace
This crawlspace was under the home of an elderly woman who was selling the home so she could move to assisted living. The buyers inspector found multiple problems in the crawlspace and the buyer was using the information in the inspection report to negotiate a MUCH lower price. The homeowner was referred to us by her real estate agent to correct the problems. We installed The CleanSpace Crawlspace, and she was able to sell the home for the asking price, and in the end, the buyer moved into a much healthier, safer, energy efficient home.
