Leah in Hawley Pa had been suffering from the side effects of a damp, moldy crawlspace for many years. The smell of mold, bothersome allergens, rotting wood and high heating bills had gone on for far too long. Leah contacted Dr. Energy Saver of NEPA to help fix the problems in her home. Dr. Energy Saver of NEPA installed our patented 20mil CleanSpace moisture barrier along with our patented drainage matting to eliminate the moisture from the dirt crawlspace floor. Additionally, to help futher seal and insulate the crawlspace we installed 2 inches of closed cell polyurethane spray insulation on the foundation walls to eliminate moisture while keeping the crawlspace and floors warmer. Finally we installed our patented SaniDry CX dehumidifier in order to maintain the proper moisture levels and prevent any future problems.
